About Music & Meditation
A framework for measuring and developing the internal systems that drive performance, resilience, and clarity.
Where this came from
Music & Meditation started with a straightforward observation: the people who perform at the highest levels (athletes, executives, creative professionals) aren’t just skilled at their craft. They’ve developed an internal operating system that lets them access that skill reliably, even under pressure. And when that internal system falls out of alignment, no amount of external optimization helps.
We built this framework because the wellness industry has a measurement problem. There are plenty of programs that prescribe practices (meditate more, breathe deeper, journal daily) but almost none that first diagnose which systems actually need attention. It’s like prescribing physical therapy without doing an X-ray.
The Reset Score changes that. It measures seven foundational pillars (physicality, emotions, power, love, communication, clarity, connection) and produces both a composite score and a pattern profile (your archetype). From there, the practices are specific to what the assessment actually found.
What makes this different
Most wellness programs pick a lane (mindfulness, breathwork, somatic work, journaling) and apply it broadly. We think that’s backwards. The diagnostic should come first, then the practice should match what the diagnostic found.
Our approach has a few characteristics worth naming:
- Assessment-first. The Reset Score measures all seven pillars before recommending anything. You don’t start with a practice; you start with a picture of where you are.
- Level-specific. Each pillar has three tiers of practice (low, medium, high). Someone scoring low on Fire gets a fundamentally different practice than someone scoring high. The same label, different work.
- Archetype-aware. Your pillar scores form a pattern; that pattern has a name. Knowing your archetype helps you understand not just where you’re weak, but why you compensate the way you do.
- Music-integrated. We use music as a primary modality because it accesses emotional and somatic states that talk-based approaches often can’t reach. Not background music. Targeted, practice-specific compositions.
Who we work with
We work with individuals and organizations. The framework is the same; the delivery changes.
For individuals: The Reset Score is free and available now. Take the assessment, get your archetype, and use the practice guides that match your results. No account required, no sales funnel.
For organizations: We offer team-level assessments, facilitated practice sessions, and ongoing programs that integrate the framework into workplace wellness. If your team’s performance depends on people being able to regulate, focus, and recover (and it does) this is the infrastructure for that.
The name
“Music & Meditation” isn’t a brand exercise. It describes the two core modalities: music (which accesses states that words can’t) and meditation (which builds the capacity to stay in those states). Everything else in the framework (breathwork, somatic practices, journaling, movement) serves those two pillars. The music opens the door; the meditation teaches you to stay in the room.

Ten minutes. Seven pillars. One clear picture.
